Berks County Earth Day Vendor and Sponsorship Information
Help support a family-friendly, local, environmental event! Hundreds of people attend the Berks County Earth Day event. Don't miss out on this opportunity to promote your goods/services!
We are offering sponsorship opportunities at the cost of $100, $500 or $1,000. The sponsorship will support this year's event and will provide an opportunity for your organization to promote itself as on that values environmental stewardship.
As a sponsor, your company's name or logo will be:
- in all press releases, posters and other promotional material,
- in the Reading Eagle Weekend edition,
- on signs displayed at the event,
- listed on our website: www.earthdayberks.org,
- promoted on our Facebook page and Twitter feed, and
- listed in next year's sponsor brochure.
With a donation of $500 or $1,000, sponsorship includes a booth and table at our event.

Many companies, regardless of their industry, are producing better products and doing so with less environmental impact. By representing your company at Berks County Earth Day, you can display what your company does to be an environmentally beneficial corporate citizen while helping to raise environmental awareness. This is a valuable forum for showing there are good companies capable of being both environmentally sensitive and economically viable in today's demanding business climate.
For just $75 (pay by March 24, 2013 and save $25!), you will receive an 8'x8' space under our main tent plus one table. Each additional 8'x8' space is $50 and each additional table is $10. No outside tables are permitted. The fee is non- refundable, and the event will take place rain or shine.
There is also an opportunity for your company to provide a workshop on your products or services to visitors. If you have interest in participating, please let us know the details of your topic.

This year there is a $15 fee for non-profit exhibitors. In addition to the 8'x8' booth space, exhibitors will be provided with one table. No outside tables are permitted.
